The Online Bar Application is maintained by the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts (AOPC). As of April 2018, it can only be accessed with a browser that supports the security standard TLS 1.2, which is the case for most up-to-date browsers including Internet Explorer 11, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
