The application period for the July 2021 bar application is open. The Board will administer the exam remotely on July 26, 27, and 28, using Examplify software from ExamSoft Worldwide, Inc. with ExamID and ExamMonitor capabilities. For a remote administration, all applicants must have a computer that meets the software’s minimum system requirements, as well as a functional webcam and microphone. Applicants must download the software to their computer prior to the exam, and on the days of the exam, must have access to the internet at the start of each test session. Applicants will sit for the exam at a location of their choice, but must be alone in the room during the exam. A remote exam administration requires that all applicants use a computer-based testing format (CBT); applicants may not choose to handwrite their answers. Applicants will be recorded during testing. Before applying, review the CBT acknowledgement form and the current minimum computer requirements. Application fees are not refundable.
